Hi guys, today, I’m doing a part 2 of the topic “something about strength”. If you missed the part 1, read Here.
Most times, your best comes through persistence and overcoming challenges. The ability to go through life each day, accomplishing the impossible and doing what no one thought you could. Yea people may place boundaries and limitations on your life and assume the things you can do or can’t, or what they think you can become or not, based on their own sight and human understanding. But true strength is saying for every challenge encountered is an opportunity for growth! True strength is saying, I believe in myself & I will not quit on myself.
If you always put limit on everything you do, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them” ~Bruce Lee.
Being strong isn’t just about going through a sad or tough phase of life, it is the physical & mental preparations and ability to stand the tests life will put you through and developing the will, emotional & mental toughness that will enable you not only go through those phases but will permit you to strengthen and encourage others.

You have power over your mind not outside events. You can really be all you can be and you can do whatever you imagine yourself to do. Do not place limit on yourself or let others do so.
